What are the cons?

  • The late payment interest rates are a little high after 58 days after the initial 6 months.
  • Direct Debit payments can be slow if you use it. (In this day and age?)

    Seriously, this care is top notch. While the rates are amazing, I have to say, this Goldfish CreditCard review does not highlight the biggest benefit… their amazing customer service. I rarely commend UK companies on customer service but these guys really do it right. Been with other credit card companies before and as many of you know, they outsource their call centers to India or somewhere that direction and most reps have no clue what they are talking about. I had some major issues with my poor credit score a while back and the guys at goldfish were the ones that figured it out for me. They went above and beyond to help me and for that they have a loyal customer.

    If customer service matters to you, go with Goldfish. I cannot recommend them enough.
    Oh, and I am a real person, this goldfish review is from a happy customer. :)
